Since I started this page in early 2020, so much has happened! There were pandemic shut-downs, a pandemic wedding, and a pandemic baby. I am so excited to get back on the mat to share my yoga practice with you this November!

All classes will be held at Artworks in Big Rapids lower level Studio B. You can register for a class by visiting my website: heidilloydyoga.weebly.com.

Mats, blocks, and straps are available, but you are always welcome to bring your own.

Who's ready?! I am so excited that Michigan has been given the green light to open gyms and yoga studios. Fall is the perfect time to create new habits and try new things or simply become more consistent with your regular habits. Look for class updates by the middle of next week. Namste, Heidi.

Good morning! In order to make things less confusing, I am changing the name of this page to Heidi Kinnally Yoga & Wellness. Also, with Festival of the Arts and Banner painting happening at Artworks this month it has been challenging to hold classes. Be on the lookout for some new classes and workshops in the next few weeks.
