Due to past experiences we may exude personality traits that don’t quite match who we are authentically.

For example, there was a point in my life in which I was people pleaser especially at work as i feared that no one would like me and as a result it impeded on my skill as a leader.

Through my own healing I was able to identify the root and take the necessary steps in order to erradicate that false personality trait, because people pleasing who!!

So I encourage you to reflect on this question this week, to see what traits you can work towards erradicating!

Often times when we are in a seasoned of growth we feel uncomfortable and we can interpret that as we need to abort mission, but that is false!

Growth requires uncomfortability, and we have to become comfortable with the uncomfortable in order to achieve our desired goals.

So exicited to embark on a new journey of healing and growth as I open the doors to my therapy practice, Internal Healing Center.

My hope is to guide my clients down a path of self-discovery, resillience, and transformation. Their mental well-being is my priority, and I’m here to provide a safe space for them to thrive as we walk the path together towards a brighter, healthier future.
