Living with ulcer is exhausting, but you’re not weak
Ulcer pain can affect your mood, sleep, appetite,
and even your confidence.
Some days you’re fine.
Other days, the burning returns without warning.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means your stomach is still healing.

I’m doing everything right… so why am I still stuck?
I see this a lot.
You eat better than before.
You’ve tried fasting.
You reduce sugar.
You even start and stop workouts.
Yet your body still feels heavy.

I see it daily.
Women who eat clean, avoid junk, yet still battle belly fat, fatigue, and hormonal chaos.
Not because they’re lazy, but because they’re misled.
Eating what sounds healthy is not the same as eating what heals.
These healthy foods often disrupt hormones,
