Yoga with Betsy Yoga with Betsy is owned and operated by Betsy Currier. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and have been teaching 6 years.

Yoga has changed my life for the better. I offer private lessons along with Corporate Yoga at companies here in Rochester.

It has taken me a couple of weeks to finally post this. I was on vacation and started to write it then I was too sad, so I thought I would have a better idea what to say once I was home.
Yoga with Betsy will be closing and no longer practicining at Bloom, as the front of Bloom has been sold.
I have made so many connections with my loyal students that I am heartbroken not to be able to practice once a week with each of you. I have seen all of you transition into a true yoga lover. As for right now I am going to take a break, I will still do private classes but a group setting at a studio is not in my future at this point. I apologize for the short notice, I will miss each and everyone of you. Please keep in touch and most importantly keep doing Yoga, you have all the tools you need.

My Yoga Life

My name is Betsy Currier and I love Yoga. I started to practice Yoga 8 years ago and the second I got on my mat I knew this was life changing. Yoga has completely changed me and my outlook on life.

I decided to get certified with Yoga Fit, I am continually getting more certifications to offer more to my Yoga Students.

Currently, I am not practicing at a Studio, however, I do offer Private Lessons, Group Classes and Corporate Yoga.
