Hey ladies! 🌟 As a health and wellness coach, I believe in practising what I preach. Today, I reflected on one area of my Natural Brain Function. I may be creative and imaginative, and I function best when I’m inspired. Artistic activities and thinking outside the box really help! 🎨💡

I have to admit, keeping track of my ATO expenses, health coaching, and nursing education can be quite the challenge, especially during this stage of life. 😅 I often feel overwhelmed trying to tackle everything at once and forgetting what I’ve already done. So, I’ve come up with a game plan! 💪 Every time I exercise, I’ll tackle one task I’ve completed. It’s a simple way to stay on top of things, and I feel most motivated right after a workout!
Now, it’s time to unleash my artistic skills and see what I can create! Let’s go! 🎉🎨✨
