Hey friends,there is no better time than this to start thinking about our health! Boosting our immunity being the number one on the list.This should not be a brianer, but you would be surprised how many of us don’t connect the dots between boosting our immunity & our ability to fight disease & yes this includes covid as it comes in different names it’s still disease it stil puts us down some have even died some got so sick & still getting sick iknow most of us have vaccinated!
Masked! Sanatized! Isolated! We did it all but somehow we found ourselves sick or our loved ones sick despite it all! Iwill say this again keep
It all up don’t give up on any of the above they surely help it could have been worse iwill share my own story iwas able to escape the first harsh Covid 19 for agood two years doing all the above plus boosting my immunity on a daily (email me to find out how Idid it ) & with time I relaxed stopped boosting my immunity on a daily especially around Christmas time! Iwas like common, Life is too short i have to enjoy my self eat what iwant with no limits after all iwork so hard several hours a week as an essential worker time& a half and all that 🤷‍♀️ you get? Iset myself up for failure I eat all the pork ribs the fries and as a result cut out most of my healthy foods made more space for the terrible 3 ( email me to know what the terrible 3 are ) and guess what just before iknew it ihad COVID got it from my job iwork with a school.Iwas nor surprised! Because ihad zero protection my diet had gone from best to terrible! This was awake up call I quickly jumped back to eating clean, herbs, vitamins fresh air, relaxation & etc iwas able to save myself frim
Many days of pain & agony I sincerely got sick for May be aday the rest of my 5 days iused them to eat and drink clean to relax & reflect on how best to protect myself I ended up feeling & looking greater than I began igive thanks to God for giving us all the best meds in form of food,fruits & herbs so friends just rennet Let your food be your medicine

How is everybody staying safe during this pandemic?

It all goes down to two T's:

1.Time
2.Type

What time do you drink water and I don't mean an occasional sip! I mean really drink water with a purpose!

Research and I say that drinking water about a half hour before meals can also reduce the number of calories you end up consuming!

One study showed that dieters who drank 500 ml of water 30 mins before each meal lost 44% more weight over 12 weeks, compared to those who didn’t!

Basically meaning water fills you up!meaning you will not eat as much as you would.... It is not rocket science but hey, it works..

Whereas warm water consumption does help digestion, it may not get you the results you want...

The more cold water you intake..believe it or not, you stand to lose a lot more calories...

Your body will need to expend more calories to heat the water to body temperature.

So there you have it!Now go and lose those carbs, the right way....

There are many myths about how much water one should drink a day!

Health "experts"say the least amount of water one should take is 2 litres! 2 whole litres! I reckon thats about 16 bathroom breaks for some of us who are a particular age😆!

Ain't nobody got time for that! Most of us have busy lifestyles ,careers and stuff that quite honestly stuff to do rather than have an unlimited numbers of bathroom breaks!

Since I'm your solution lady,I'm going to share with you a secret......that will make things way more easier...

Come closer!

When you’re thirsty, drink.

In your free time, have a quick glass....

During high heat and exercise, make sure to drink enough to compensate for the lost fluids.

Voila...That’s it!

Water is Indeed life! And every drop is beneficial to your health both mentally and physically & Yes! even emotionally, an ample intake of water does improve on ones mood..but thats a story for another day...

I vividly recall , that defining moment in my life happened in 1998...

My son got very sick in boarding school in Uganda. His lung had collapsed from pneumonia. He had allergies and asthma, so at first the school believed he was just having a an asthma attack. I visited him weekly and when I saw him I noticed he couldn’t breathe. I immediately rushed him to the hospital where he was put on antibiotics. The problem was the medicine was very expensive and needed to be imported. The doctor told me my son was in serious condition and would need to stay a minimum of 5 days at $500 a day. A single mom? How would I be able to afford this?

I knew power of vitamin C and garlic based on a book I had read about healing naturally using vitamins and food. I had never tried it on anything serious, but knew I had to help my son. I asked my sister to go out and buy it. I made several different juices and concoctions and gave it to my son around the clock. The doctor couldn’t believe how well he was improving. By the second day, my son’s lung looked normal and the pneumonia had disappeared The doctor exclaimed it was a miracle and discharged us after only 2 days.

After that, I opened my own store selling vitamins. I would travel back and forth to the United States purchasing what I needed. Many people called me a doctor and healer even though I had no official training or certifications. Doctors and hospitals sought me out to help them heal their patients.
