My last post was just after Easter getting excited about eating fresh and well again after a bit of a lapse.
So far so good!!
I’m eating more throughout the days I’m training/working and less when my body needs it less on quiet days. Never have I felt so good by eating more food ☺️☺️
I’m focussing on reaching my personalised macro targets each day.
I thought I would share some of the meals I have been enjoying which are easy to cook.
Eating healthily doesn’t have to mean hours slaving away, but the time you do spend prepping, chopping and cooking from fresh is 100% worth it.
I hope to give some easy ideas to you to add into your food plan.
