It’s Sunday! Can you believe we’re already almost 20 episodes into Season 2?
A few days ago, I received a message from an old friend. We haven’t talked much in nearly 30 years, but thanks to social media, you still feel connected. He shared that the podcast has brought more positivity into his life and is helping him live healthier—and that meant more to me than he probably knows.
