Lychee Jello Shots 🍈💧

• 20ml lychee juice
• 100ml Lychee Humantra (diluted)
• 2 tsp powdered gelatine (or 2 gelatine leaves)
• 1 tbsp caster sugar (optional, to taste)
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• Stemmed cocktail cherries

Dilute Humantra in 500ml water. Bloom gelatine (powdered: sprinkle over 50ml Humantra for 5 mins. Leaves: soak until soft, squeeze excess).

Gently warm lychee juice, remaining Humantra, sugar and lime juice - don’t boil. Remove from heat, stir in gelatine until fully dissolved.

Add cherries moulds, pour over mixture and chill for 3–4 hours until set.

Serve chilled, you’ll want to save this ✨

Elderberry Ginger Mule 🍇🌿

Serves 6
• Ice
• 90ml fresh lime juice
• 300ml diluted Elderberry Humantra
• Ginger beer to top
• Mint + lime to garnish

Add ice, lime juice and Elderberry Humantra to a jug. Top with ginger beer, stir gently and garnish with mint and lime.

Easy, elevated, and perfect for hosting.

Mocktails but make them ✨hydrating✨

Spicy Lime Margarita Mocktail 🌶️🍋
• Ice
• 40ml fresh lime juice
• 50ml Himalayan Lime Humantra (diluted)
• 15ml orange syrup
• 10–15ml agave or simple syrup (to taste)
• 2–3 thin jalapeño slices

Rim a rocks glass with lime + salt or Tajín. Muddle jalapeño with lime juice, add remaining ingredients and ice, shake hard, then strain over ice.

Optional splash of sparkling water, garnish with jalapeño or lime.
