If you are recovering after an inner ear infection. Your concentration and balance are compromised.
If you are having an anxiety attack, your eyes get very tensed. Quick trick to come back to the body, into the present moment.

Face yoga was quite an embarrassing topic for me, since it doesn't seem to fit with the Higher yoga purpose. But actually the face muscles are a very important part of the relaxation routine.
The moment your face is relaxed, it means your whole body is relaxed.
So stretching and working out your face helps to keep your whole body and mind relaxed.
Try these face yoga exercises and acupressure techniques to release tensions and go back into alignment with your higher self.

Day 11. Many people experience troubles with sleep as a result of continuous anxiety and stress. Watching too much news and social media. Having too much digital time and not enough exercise.
Try this breathing method just before going to bed. Don't look at your phone after that.
Switch it off, put it on airplane mode.
Avoid white light.
Avoid sugar 2 hours before sleep.
