Higher Yoga (in sanskrit Raja Yoga) is focusing on meditation and realization of one's true nature with preliminary use of lower Yoga - physical and breathing exercises.

1. Lets try to accept what is,
Masks, vaccinations, tech giants, the whole craziness and messiness of Is.
Accept our bodies aging and decaying, fat and skinny, sick and aching.

2. And try to see this whole life thing as it is, a spark in the ocean of consciousness, a moment before diving back into nothingness.

3. Memento mori - remember it's only this moment the now and the next moment you're dead.

4. So maybe just relax into watching this drama and enjoy the ride. Follow the Tao, and let it unfold in front of your eyes.

5. Feeling angry at the game just makes you lose energy, which you could use to be lucid in this dream, to manifest fun stuff.

6. You are on the right path, in the right place, at the right time. Everything is right. The Is imagined it all much better than you did!

7. Follow your own design, your body response. Natural action arises naturally. Trust your own inner authority.
Learn to navigate through your life.

8. If you feel strongly about something watch it. Be grateful to it for showing what you need more of, or what you need to change. Feel like fighting, fight for something, not against. Cultivate and spread your love.

9. Do what gives good response in the body. Imagine and become the best version of yourself embodying your service to the whole.

10. And when the next moment comes and it's time to dive into nothingness, you are as if going to sleep after a good day of work.

11. Free yourself from words. All the words are pointing to the same. Mind gets entangled in the words, release mind. Be here now.

12. If you have read this far, you are already there. Go further. Metta.

Sadness is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign that you are still alive.
Be you, whatever you are in this moment.

Sungazing is one powerful meditation you can practice daily.

First set an intention for your practice. Your intention must be authentic and not harming others. (how to identify authentic intention I will share in the next post)

Few minutes before sunset take your time to stop, breath and marvel at the beauty of creation.

Start with 30 seconds before the sunset, gradually you might increase the time.

You don't need to look directly at the sun, soften your gaze, unfocus your eyes, feel the light entering your third eye (the space between your eyebrows), observing sensations in that spot.

Once the sun is gone behind horizon express your gratitude and good will in whatever way you like.

Golden color of setting sun is beneficial for our well-being, brings the feelings of abundance and gratitude.

Gold powder is given to newborns to increase their immune system according to Ayurveda. Gold utensils are considered the best for eating and water boiled with gold is taken as a medicine. (please consult with your Ayurvedic doctor before trying any of these remedies, except for the utensils part)

Sungazing is another way of consuming gold, through your eyes.
It's safe (if your don't stare directly at the sun), it's free and it's healing.
