Stephanie started her fitness journey 15 years ago at 255 lbs after having her first child. While it was challenging, she found tools, resources, and motivations that kept her on her path to becoming healthier and happier woman and mother.
Throughout her 15 years on her fitness journey; she realized she had a passion not only for fitness, but to help others. She is a mom and personal fitness professional who used the pandemic and schools being closed to study and obtain her personal training and nutrition certifications to help her reach her own personal fitness goals.
As a personal trainer, she knows what it’s like to struggle with being overweight and stick with new workout routines. She also knows the struggles of being a busy mom and wife to help you find the best plan of action to be successful in meeting your goals. Her experience inspired her to apply what she learned and help others lose their unwanted weight once and for all!
