- Apne balo ki length k hisab s methi dana le or usko thode s pani m rat bhar bhigo k rakhiye.

- Subah mixer m pani k sahit dana le or usme apne hisab s jo b chize available h include kre jese ki onion, gulhad ka phool (hibiscus flower & leaves), amla reetha shikakai ka powder, natural aloevera gel, etc.

- Iska fine sa paste bana lijiye or apne scalp m or balo ki length m laga k 1.5 - 2 ghanta chhod dijiye fir normal pani s dho lijiye, mild shampoo s bhi wash kr skte h.

Repeat once a week

Note:- 1 wash m easily ni niklega paste so don't panic!!
