Chia and Yoghurt Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
ΒΎ cup Anchor Probiotic+ Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Β½ cup your favourite granola
β
cup frozen blueberries
1 nectarine, roughly chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt, maple syrup and chia seeds. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
In a glass, layer the parfait starting with a couple of tablespoons of granola, chia seed yoghurt mixture and fruit then repeat until you have used up all the ingredients.
You can eat this straight away or itβs also yummy if you leave it in the fridge for a bit and let the granola soften slightly.
