It’s UVA Rise so I’m outside.
It’s 28 degrees Fahrenheit and partly sunny.
It snowed last night.
I’m out here to expose myself to the HEALING aspect of sun at this time of day.
My mood, hormones and skin will (continue to) thank me for this.
And NO. You cannot get the full array of sunlight that HEALS through your window glass.
Modern glass blocks the good stuff.
The red/infrared of sun at this time isn’t visible and frankly it’s darn hard to feel it too 🥶.
It’s there though. It penetrates clothing so I’m good.
Infrared light is magical for our mitochondria AND our metabolism!! 🪄 🪄
This form of nutrition cannot be replicated by man.
Light matters and this Mid Century Circadian is HERE FOR IT!

The indoor light you’ve been bathing in, is wreaking havoc on you in a multitude of ways.
Your metabolism included.

Period. Full stop. The end. Got it?

If you are still:
Avoiding the sun,
Getting trash sleep,
Eating restaurant food,
Eating processed food,
Drinking alcohol,
Consuming fear on the news,
Bathing in blue screens & fake lights,
Refusing to move your body regularly,
and thinking mean thoughts,
There is no supplemental protocol on planet Earth that makes you better.

I’m worried.
Obesity is an issue, but we’ve gone “scorched Earth” in the quest for skinny……..er……health.
(I’m being sarcastic on purpose).
We barely understand the role of fat in our body, so as we drug it away, I’m taking the time to see what exactly we are decimating before it’s too late.

Of the FIVE distinct kinds of fat, only the intra-muscular fatty infiltration seems to be 100% NOT helpful.
The other FOUR, ALL HAVE A NECESSARY JOB.

Fat is ACTIVE. Yes, there are negative consequences, but only if we have too much.
Do we even acknowledge this?
Do we understand this?
Are we monitoring GLP1 patients appropriately to determine where each kind of fat is by measure?
The answer: NO.
Without MRI there’s no GOOD way to know where a patient is beginning, how they are progressing and where they’ve ended up.
😣
I don’t even think I’m going out on a limb here, by saying that 99% of doctors cannot name the 5 kinds of body fat, let alone describe in detail WHY THEY ARE IMPORTANT.
(Let alone what they do and what happens if they vanish, OR where EACH of their patients stand in this)
It requires an MRI to accurately track these metrics ACCURATELY.
That’s not standard of care.
Interesting, that 100’s of new formulas are in the pipeline and we don’t even grasp the role of ALL FIVE KINDS OF BODY FAT YET.

Quantum questions answered ☀️
Life lived better by getting our lights right.
Why?
Because those “energy efficient” bulbs and blasted fluorescent lights overhead are NOT a proper signal to the receptors in our eyes and on our skin. 👀
YES - light matters.
If the receptors get the wrong spectrum your health and HORMONES suffer.
Stay tuned. This is the missing piece of the puzzle!! 🙌🏼☀️
