Coconut Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

- Coconut Bliss Smoothie
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 whole Mango
- 1 1/2 cups of Coconut Milk
- 3/4 of Pear Puree (or mango puree)
- 2 tablespoons of Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds

Preparation

Blend until smooth!
Serve and Enjoy

We LOVE This Banana Smoothie Boost

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- shaved chocolate
- 2 teaspoons coffee
- 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Mix everything but shaved chocolate up in a blender. pour into glass and sprinkle chocolate on top.

Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
- 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
- 1 tablespoon apple sauce
- 1/2 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon 7 grain granola
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 red delicious apple, cut into pieces

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Serve immediately.

Big Batch Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

- 90 grams whey protein
- 150 grams frozen strawberries
- 150 grams frozen blueberries
- 3 bananas
- 1 pomegranate
- 60 grams walnuts
- 30 grams pumpkin seeds
- 30 grams flaxseed
- 180 grams granola

Preparation

Blend frozen berries, kefir, and protein powder. It is best to do this in advance so it's not too icy cold. Portion out each serving and top with sliced bananas, pomegranate seeds, granola, ground nuts, and flax. Enjoy!
