As the bank holiday is approaching I will be out in nature again and spending it with family & friends.

Good morning beautiful souls

This weekend we set off at 4am to tackle Snowdon with our kiddies in tow.

Lots of mind set refreshing and practice for our 26 mile hike all in aid of MacMillan Cancer.

Nothing is better than being out in nature connecting with Mother Earth and all the natural healing energy she gives 💚

I’m sorry I’ve been quiet I’ve been having lots of time in nature to reset the mind and refresh.

I’ve also been getting lots of steps in as i am fully committed to a 26 mile hike in July for MacMillan Cancer in aid of Shaun's Fight For Life.

If you haven’t yet seen this story please go and have a read. It’s heartbreaking but I think we can all agree we have all been affected by this horrific disease.
