Things to do when feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed
1.Think of a color, and every time you feel any of the above symptoms. Find any object that is the color you picked and focus on that object for 15 seconds. It will bring a calming feeling to you
2. Think of person in your life that makes you happy and focus on something funny they may have done and it will bring a calming feeling
3. Take some short deep breaths and count to 10 in between each breath. This will slow the heart rate down and bring a calming feeling also.
