An invitation to reconnect with the most powerful energy of Love ~ the love that is pure, unconditional, most healing, divine, ever-present and limitless.

Join us for a self-care Sunday afternoon 💕with yoga, meditation, gentle self-massage and heart healing meditation.

A space to remember that self-love is not about just “bubble baths, candles, or buying yourself nice things”…
It’s not always easy or pretty.
It’s about choosing yourself in difficult moments.
Meeting yourself with compassion when you feel tired, emotional, uncertain...
Learning to listen to your body.
Creating healthy boundaries..
Staying loving with yourself through all the experiences.

🧘 What we’ll explore together:
– Soft, grounding yoga
– Breath awareness & pranayama
– Intuitive, free movement & dance
– Gentle self-massage
– A heart-opening Peruvian cacao ceremony
- Deeply relaxing & heart-connecting meditation 🧘

These questions are a simple way of reflection on what parts of you can you nourish and tend to, so that your nervous system feels safe and healthy. 🩵

and if your nervous system and body feel safe and healthy - then you have the foundation to CREATE whatever you wish for from the space of Peace and awareness, instead of the space of fear and pressure.

What do you think ??
Which of these can you answer today ?
share 😉

If you feel overwhelmed by all the things you still have to do towards your goals,
If you feel really anxious about the future…
- you’re not alone 🩵

It’s normal for the mind to get a bit too scared and overwhelmed, especially right now when everyone is “starting new” and making all the plans and resolutions for the new year… and it’s really great to want to start some new habits and create some changes of course 💛

but first of all - don’t compare yourself cause everyone’s pace is different.
And just remember - that we are still in the middle of the winter, nature is still sleeping and there’s really no need to rush, to force and push yourself if you still feel like you need more rest and taking it slow, with small but steady steps - each day will make a bigger difference than
starting really fast but then giving up cause you feel like it’s too much.

You got this, darling.

Whenever anxiety and crazy thoughts feel like they’re stronger than you - COME BACK TO YOUR BREATH.
You always have it with you.
Breathe deeper,
Breathe longer,
Breathe feeling the life within you.
Take it at your own pace.
You are sooo loved 💛🥰

What energy/ thoughts/ changes are you inviting to your life this year ??

I always say that my classes are for healing and not for performance.

In so many areas of our lives we have to achieve, perform, push forward, etc etc... And doing a challenging and faster yoga practice is great to strengthen the body, to sweat, to keep that heart rate going (I love it!), BUT if we never allow ourselves the time to slow down, to just breathe and just be - the nervous system won’t feel fully safe….

Slowing down shouldn’t be optional— it’s an essential part of self-regulation & inner balance and health. 🌱☯️

And Yin is not an easy or “lazy” practice like some may think...😂
So often, the people who say they don’t need it because it’s too slow… are actually the ones who need it the most.

Yin brings a different kind of challenge:
the challenge of staying present with sensations, with stillness, and with whatever is in the mind.

It can be confronting.
It can be soothing.
It can be uncomfortable.
And it can also be the first moment all week when you can finally exhale and truly relax.

—-> If your body is craving this kind of rest and softness, you’re welcome to join us for our Yin & Sound workshop (on the 14th of December.) 💛🧘
Together with Yvonne .holistic (who will be sharing a beautiful healing sound bath),
we’ll guide you towards the space of pure peace.
A gentle evening to relax and reconnect.

To dedicate some time for yourself before Christmas 🎄✨
You deserve it!!
(Last spaces for that workshop left - if you want to book your spot - check link in bio or message me) 🙏

And if you’re not in Liverpool- you can still experience the beauty of Yin with my online classes on YouTube.
Doesn’t matter where you practice - as long as you make time to connect with your body and free the mind - you are doing amazing. 🩵🙏

Blessings for December! ✨❄️
