I’ll never forget the first time I faced the dreaded “inner critic” during a 100-mile run. 💭

It whispered:
“You’re too tired.”
“You’re not cut out for this.”
“You should just stop now.”
"You are moving to slow"

But instead of giving in, I relied on mental fitness techniques to shift my focus, quiet that inner voice, and tap into my strength.

Fast forward 46, 100-mile runs, over 15 Ironman races, and countless miles on my bike later—those same strategies have become my secret to success.
