Indications of low stomach acid include:
❌ Indigestion/reflux
❌ Bits of food in stool
❌ Excess gas/burping
❌ Being uncomfortable with eating meat/having trouble digesting meat
❌ Gut infections

Your stomach acid is the first line of defense against anything living on the foods we eat.

If you have low stomach acid, you won’t be able to kill off those pathogens or properly digest your food.

To make stomach acid, you have to be in a calm state (as with all other necessary enzymes in digestion). Be sure to sit back, relax and take a few calming breaths before consuming your meals.

You guessed it…PUMPKINS! And…

In addition, all of our other squashes are coming into season but luckily we get to keep some of our summer favorites just a little longer.

If you’re struggling with where to start on your journey to healing, start with these 4 steps.

☑️ drink half your body weight in ounce of water
* don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water, every cell in your body NEEDS water
☑️ eat a nutrient-dense, whole food diet
* ditch the Cheetos and Red Bulls (speaking from personal experience 😅)
☑️ manage stress
* spend time doing more things that make you happy. when you’re stressed out, your body isn’t digesting good properly OR detoxing properly
☑️ get more sleep
* skip the afternoon cup of joe, you don’t need more caffeine friend…you need more sleep!
