Are partnerships a big part of your business?

JV partners are an integral part of any business. Together we rise, as they say. Having partners means you’re not going at it alone.

The fun part is that there are so many different types of partnerships. There are affiliates, JV partners, integrated partnerships, strategic alliances, brand ambassadors, referrals, etc.

And all of them can support your business in many different ways.

On a recent business trip, we were masterminding and I was looking ideas on how to attract my ideal clients on a bigger scale. A lot of what I do is around operations and logistics. One of my partners at the table said “logistics isn’t sexy!” 😆 I thought this was hilarious and appreciated how he just gave it to me straight. Then we brainstormed on some messaging I could use.

A partnership doesn’t have to be a big complicated thing. It can be as complicated or simple as you like. It could just be someone you know who helps you grow.

Networking events are a great place to meet JV partners. I’m thinking of starting one myself. If I did, would you be interested in joining?

Ever thought about launching your own podcast?

Launching a podcast doesn’t have to feel chaotic or overwhelming though that's where most people's mind goes when thinking about it.

Having the logical brain that I do, when I was taught how to launch a podcast, I put together my own process with what worked and what could be simplified. This allowed me the launch without losing my mind!

Like it did for many of my fellow students in the class.... Everyone was so gung-ho about launching but when the time came, only myself and one other person launched on their launch date. A launch date that we all decided for ourselves and was at least 1 month after the course completed.

I think it's because I had the right structure which allowed me to focus on content, conversations, and visibility instead of backend chaos.
