Many sites provide her chart as having a birth time as 20.00, that is 8.00pm IST. Many US chart writers take the time as 8.02 am. But correlating with the events, I have rectified the time and it coincides at 7.00am with daylight saving. I have gone with that.

This month after the 16th, the government becomes aggressive. So some good reinforcement happens with rules and regulations.
