👋 Meet Kaitlin, our physiotherapist student, who’s helping demonstrate a few of her favourite hip mobility exercises! Kaitlin is passionate about movement quality, evidence-based care, and helping people move confidently and pain-free.
🌿 Your hips are the bridge between your trunk and legs, so when hip mobility is limited, other areas often have to pick up the slack. That can mean stiffness, pain, reduced performance, or a higher risk of injury during everyday activities like walking, squatting, or climbing stairs.
🌿 That’s why targeted hip mobility exercises matter 💪 Research shows the right stretching and therapeutic exercise can improve range of motion, support performance, and help reduce injury risk — especially when it’s tailored to the individual.
