It's time for a bit of self-lovin'!!! ⠀

Remember to take some time out and stretch your way into the weekend! Sometimes the weekend can be just as busy as the week when it comes to pushing your body and mind. ⠀
Socialising is a great way to help feel loved and give love but remember to always look after yourself. The week has taken its toll on you.⠀

So here are just two simple suggestions as to how to relax your way into that peaceful place in case you have mayhem planned! 🍾 ⠀

1. Stretch. This is a good way to prepare the body, physically and mentally for the day ahead. A long stretch is an ideal way to increase the energy flow throughout your body too which is essential for that ME time. ⠀

Using the exercise ball will help stretch and support the lower back and shoulders after sitting at your desk all week or if you have those pains after a tough workout! 💪⠀

2. Meditate. Sit somewhere. Lie somewhere. You don't have to think that you need to go big time Buddha style. Listen to the sounds around you. If your mind wanders just bring it back to the present moment. Focusing on your breath going in and out of your body is a good way. If your thoughts come back don't worry, acknowledge them and then go back to listening to the sounds around you and your breathing. Don't worry about keeping still. Just BE. 🧘🧘♂️
