It's a colorful seafood bowl "Kaisen-Don".
A variety of fresh seafood is on top of the rice.
There are also pickles and "Sakuradenbu", a food unique to Japan.
Tuna, shrimp, salmon roe, scallops etc
Mantis shrimp is like shrimp but I think shrimp tastes better‼︎

Japanese cold noodles feature! Japan's summer is very hot.
