Amanda Gormley and I are very excited to be taking over the Exercise is Medicine Interest Group for the upcoming year.

We are currently working on renewal application and in order to complete this process, we need 15 signatures! We would love your support so we can plan more fun events for you this school year!

Hosted by Evolve Fitness-Personal Training & Boot Camp in collaboration with Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine Wellness Week.

This will be a 40-minute Bootcamp via Zoom, and no equipment is required!

Students in all Dalhousie health-related faculties are welcome to join.

Goals For This Year: Expand committee to represent students studying a variety of health programs. Previously this chapter was run only by medical students; Set up a framework to reach community members and students as well as delivering non-credit and credited education for students; Raise awareness of the group on campus; Organize events that are educational and that get people moving •
