Just a brief overview of the birth classes:

🌿 Core Birth Class – $100 (2 sessions)
A two-part series focused on emotional readiness, partner connection, and real-world birth prep. We walk through what to expect during each stage of labor, comfort measures, and communication with the birth team — all through a calm, empowering lens.
🌸 Birth Simulator Prep Add-On – $50
This is where we move from theory into embodiment. The simulator lets families feel the process — practicing positions, movement, and partner support in a way that’s safe, hands-on, and confidence-building.

These will also be available to attend virtually, for $75
The birth simulator prep is an in person only, as we will be hands on training.
