For her first visit to our Global Support Center, Rosi, BAYADA Associate Director, found herself surrounded by leaders who share the same heart for service. Throughout the day, they traded ideas, challenged one another to think bigger for their teams, and reflected on new ways to reach more clients with compassionate care.

“Being with such driven, well-rounded leaders reminded me that our impact multiplies when we learn from one another and lead with the same purpose,” Rosi shared. “Moments like this make me deeply grateful to be part of this mission-driven work at BAYADA.”

It's a reminder that when we come together with a shared purpose, we can do even more for the people who count on us. ❤️

In 2021, BAYADA Home Health Area Director William turned a personal mission into a powerful act of community. Wanting to honor his daughter with autism and give back in a meaningful way, he joined the Eagles Autism Foundation cycling fundraiser as a team of one.

Today, that effort has grown into a team of 20 riders who have raised $120,000 to support autism research and care programs.

For William, this journey is about more than fundraising. It is about bringing people together, inspiring action, and creating a lasting impact alongside the family and friends who have supported him every step of the way.

Thank you, William, for sharing your story and for reflecting the compassion, purpose, and community spirit at the heart of BAYADA. ❤️

The Columbia Fireflies hosted a Sensory Safe Sunday at Segra Park, designed for fans with sensory sensitivities. The special game featured reduced speaker volume, dimmed video board lighting, and a designated quiet zone to create a comfortable and inclusive environment in honor of Autism Awareness Month.

BAYADA Skilled Nursing Columbia, SC Clinical Manager Virginia and Client Service Manager Emily represented BAYADA Home Health Care during the event, providing resources and engaging with the community. There was even a special guest appearance from one of our clients, Christian, who had a great time at the event.

Thank you to the Columbia Fireflies for welcoming our team and allowing us to be part of such a meaningful event.

Leonard was a beloved client of our Burlington County, NJ, Hospice office. He and his wife, Marilyn, were married before he entered military service and shared more than 75 years of marriage together.

Leonard served in the Navy during World War II and fought in Japan. He was incredibly proud of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and often shared stories and updates about their accomplishments.

In October, team members from our Burlington County Hospice office, including Veteran Volunteer Jerry and Hospice Practice President Matt Tanzer, had the honor of recognizing Leonard during a Salute to Service veteran pinning ceremony. Sadly, Leonard passed away on February 13, 2026.

Our team deeply misses Leonard and continues to visit Marilyn as part of our bereavement support. We are grateful to our team members for honoring Leonard’s service and life. Our thoughts remain with Marilyn and the entire family, and we are grateful to have been part of Leonard’s care journey.

After two falls, Mary joined B-Steady, our specialized fitness program for those living with Parkinson’s disease.

With a personalized care plan and support from our therapy and nursing teams, she focused on improving balance, strength, and safety.

Just two months later, Mary feels stronger, more confident, and back to enjoying the outdoors she loves. She even encourages friends to explore BAYADA's services. Mary’s story shows how expert, evidence-informed care and targeted exercise programs help seniors maintain independence and safety. ❤️

BAYADA was a proud Club Room Sponsor at UrbanPromise’s annual Taste of Promise event. Members of our Racial & Ethnic Diversity (RED) and Women in Limitless Leadership (WILL) Employee Resource Councils came together to support this meaningful evening—connecting with the Camden, NJ community and helping raise funds for summer camp opportunities for local children and youth.

Thank you to our RED and WILL members for representing BAYADA with heart, purpose, and a shared commitment to making a difference in the communities we serve. ❤️

Big news! BAYADA has been named to Modern Healthcare’s 2026 Innovators list as the only home care provider recognized.

Our HICU® program helps medically fragile children safely transition from the hospital to home, where they can heal and grow with their families.

The impact:
✨ 83 children safely transitioned home
✨ 6,307 hospital days avoided
✨ 25% fewer readmissions
✨ ~$250K saved per child each year

Stories like Drew’s say it best. After being born at 24 weeks, he was able to go home with HICU support and has not been back to the hospital since.

After living with Parkinson’s disease, Robert began to notice something many people take for granted slipping away, his voice.

Simple conversations became harder. Being heard by loved ones and caregivers took more effort.

Through a voice therapy program, Robert started working with our LSVT-certified clinicians right where he lives. With consistent, high-effort practice and support, his voice grew stronger. Today, his family and care team can hear him clearly again.

At BAYADA, our teams bring together physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help people with Parkinson’s maintain independence, strengthen communication, and stay connected to what matters most. ❤️

Our ABLE: Community for All Abilities Employee Resource Council (formerly SAFE: Solutions and Accessibility for Equality) helps foster an inclusive environment where people of all abilities feel supported, empowered, and valued at BAYADA.

Recently, ABLE members volunteered at Wings of Eagles Ranch in Concord, NC—a therapeutic riding center for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Co-Chair Jackie and Secretary Courtney served as Group Leaders for a full-day camp, guiding activities like horseback riding, arts and crafts, climbing, and puppy therapy. They ensured campers had a safe, fun, and empowering experience ❤️

Thank you to the Wings of Eagles Ranch, and to Jackie and Courtney, for helping make this day so meaningful!

From Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to Client Services Manager (CSM), Maria’s journey at BAYADA is a testament to growth, compassion, and connection. She began as a bilingual HHA in Essex, NJ, quickly becoming a trusted caregiver before moving into an administrative support role and eventually stepping into her current role as CSM. Today, Maria ensures our clients receive compassionate, one-on-one care while supporting and motivating her office of 450 HHAs.

Beyond her day-to-day work, Maria shines in community outreach—from coat drives to school supply collections—bringing BAYADA’s mission to life both inside and outside the office. Her secret? The warmth, joy, and genuine care she brings to every person she meets. Thank you, Maria, for all you do! ❤️
