At Kozey Greene Wellness, we believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated. One of the easiest ways to support your mental health is by starting a daily gratitude practice.

Just take 30 seconds to name one thing—big or small—you’re grateful for. Over time, this tiny habit helps calm the nervous system, shift your mindset, and build resilience.

Easy ways to practice gratitude:
• Write one line in a journal
• Text a friend something good from your day
• Say it out loud on your morning drive
• Snap a photo of something that brings you joy
• Keep a note in your phone and add one thing each day

Exciting news from Kozey Greene Wellness!

We’re thrilled to share that Colin Whiston has joined our clinical team!

Colin works with children (ages 10+), teens, families, and adults, creating a safe, supportive space where every person feels heard and understood. He draws from humanistic and client-centered approaches, always leading with respect, empathy, and collaboration.

With specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT (TFCBT), ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment), Colin helps clients build connection, regulation, and resilience.

We’re grateful to have him join our growing community of compassionate clinicians.

Colin is available Sunday through Wednesday in the evening via telehealth and accepts most major insurances. Send us a message or call 860-933-8587 to schedule a session with Colin.
