Day 1: 5 min wiggle machine to warm up, stretches, 40sec plank, 15 min cardio on bike level 4, 30 min light weights & more stretching. About an hour total.

Im doing this to get my health back after adrenal fatigue crash 8 months ago. My body was working against me but I finally got my gut & hormones in balance after resting a ton, using essential oil kit for hormones & cutting gluten, dairy & sugar from my diet along with probiotics & enzymes. I’ve gained at least 30lbs over 8 month’s time. Im thankful to God I am well enough to workout again as well as begin to get back to normal. Twill be a long process & beast mode is not on my vocabulary any longer. My goal is to start slow & steady. I will not be comparing myself with my old fitness pics. This is me starting from the bottom & doing it for Me!
