Group class on Wednesday evenings as follows:
7-8.30pm St Michaels school - £90.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £11.00 per drop in. Zoom class on Monday evenings as follows: 6.30 to 7.30 - £50.00 for 10 sessions to be taken over 12 week period or £6.00 per drop in. Chair yoga class on Sunday mornings as follows: 10-11am - £25.00 for 5 sessions or £6.00 per drop in.

Do you suffer from tightness in the shoulders, maybe neck and shoulder pain ? Do you at times feel like your shoulders are up around your ears ?
We can hold a lot of emotional stress in our shoulders. Yoga poses focusing on shoulder openers helps to release that muscle tension and stress, it enhances posture, improves range of motion, and supports deeper breathing and boosts energy.

Are you in need of some self care and nurturing as the evenings draw in this autumn ? Come join me Wednesday evenings at the Court House studio at St Michael’s school at the new time of 6.45-8pm, for an hour of gentle yoga stretches and yogic breathwork, followed by 15 minutes of restorative yoga nidra and shavasana - promoting deep rest and restoration.

Sarvangasana - shoulder stand - is often called the mother of all yoga poses. It is a full body inversion with so many benefits, including cooling and calming the mind and nervous system. It regulates the thyroid, can help you sleep and improves digestion.

I have a number of autumn classes at various times of the day and week, to fit nicely into your new schedule:

ONLINE CLASSES:

Sunday mornings 10-11am chair yoga for all - whether you would like a gentle introduction to yoga, have limited mobility or live with chronic conditions, or maybe you are a desk worker and would benefit from poses to counteract the effects of sitting at a desk all day - chair yoga has so many benefits for all !

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm - hard to get motivated Monday evenings ? No need to venture out of your home for my evening yoga stretch and restore.

🧡Autumn offer - 10 online classes for £50

STUDIO CLASSES:

Wednesday evenings 6.45-8pm - St Michaels school Court House studio - one hour of gentle yoga flow, and 15 minutes of nurturing yoga nidra and savasana

Thursday lunchtimes 1.10-1.50pm at the new Eve studios in town.
