We specialize in Retirement, Assisted Living, Mental Health, Memory Care Secure Communities and Adult Family Group Homes for persons 18 years and older. We've partnered with only state deficiency free communities and have hand picked the ones we chose to work with. 15+ years experience in the senior living industry. Medicaid and VA financial options available for those who qualify. We, Peggy Reardon and Haleigh Davis are a mother and daughter team. We both enjoy educating people and feel its important that people understand what their options are. Peggy is a former Pinellas county guardian and we've both worked as caregivers. We understand how overwhelming and time consuming this time can be having recently assisted own own loved ones in locating the "RIGHT" care community. Peggy is a Certified Senior Advisor(CSA) and Haleigh is in the process of becoming one.

We helped so many people and their families the first half of 2025. Looking forward to helping so many more moving forward. New rates for veterans benefits as well as partnering with many ALL INCLUSIVE communities has helped. Statistically 6 out of 10 people with dementia will wander at some point in their progression. Two of our loved ones had dementia. No they didnt require a nursing home. They needed a memory care assisted living community. As always our services are at no cost to you!
