It’s 10pm and I finally have “me time” tonight and I’m hungry.
Bedtime snack. Yogurt, blueberries, cherries, and honey.
The bedtime routine took longer tonight than usual. Got the 4 year old in bed, then the 4 month old asleep. Then had to revisit the 4 year old because she wasn’t sleeping and didn’t want to be alone. After some cuddles, comforting, and talking got her cozied up and feeling better. So here I am, 10pm.

I’ve been cleared to exercise again. Tested my cardio yesterday evening. Intervals of walking and jogging trying to keep up with a kiddo on a scooter all while pushing a stroller. Running is not my first choice but I always enjoy getting outside with big girl and now little brother.

Welcomed sweet baby boy Ryker on Feb 17th. I’m a bit slow at posting this but I’ve been preoccupied 😜. Taking time to rest, heal, and bond. The induction went as smoothly as possible. Ryker is healthy and happy.

Ooh the belly and how the body changes!! Meeting this little dude later today, sooner than expected but it’s for baby’s safety (I developed a condition called cholestasis of pregnancy). It’s amazing what the body can do and how it changes as needed. Weight training, training for a marathon, making a baby… all amazing
