If you do only one thing today… get out for a 10 minute walk on your lunch break.

Just taking 10 minutes after you’ve eaten your lunch to walk and get some fresh air helps with digestion to reduce that bloated feeling.

You’ll feel more energised and have more focus for the rest of your work day.

She didn’t think she could. Now look at her 👏🏼

Nikky told me before our first session that she couldn’t touch her toes and it was something she REALLY wanted to be able to do.

A few months into her journey and she could do it with ease (and smiling whilst she does!).

We got there through consistent strength training, with mobility work and stretches built into every session.

Nikky showed up and put in the work and now she’s feeling stronger, confident and much more flexible! 💪🏼🔥

My Story 💬

When I first stepped into the gym, I honestly had no clue what I was doing.

I was working 9–5 sat at a desk, barely moving all day. My hips and back felt stiff, achy and I was zapped of energy. I knew something had to change.

When I went to the gym I would jump on the treadmill. I didn’t even consider stepping into the weights section.

The owner of the gym encouraged me to get into strength training and set me up with a programme. This was what really changed the game for me.

I loved it! I threw myself into learning. I spent hours deep-diving into YouTube videos, podcasts and articles, trying to figure it all out on my own. Some of it worked… a lot of it didn’t.

I made plenty of mistakes and wasted time.

I started limiting myself 1200kcal a day in order to shrink my body, not realising I needed to lift weights and fuel my body rather than starve it to get the look I was really after.

The biggest breakthrough came when I invested in a coach.

For the first time, I had guidance, structure and accountability. Someone to show me how to train properly, push me in the right way, and remind me that I was capable of more than I thought.

The results weren’t just physical, I gained confidence, consistency, and a mindset shift that carried into every area of my life.

Looking back now, I’ve gone from unfit, stiff, tired and unsure where to start… to confident under a barbell, strong, energised, have run multiple half marathons and proud of the progress I’ve made.

And that’s exactly why I created Lift & Thrive.

It’s the programme I wish I’d had back then. A way to cut through all the confusion, stop wasting time with trial and error, and finally build lasting strength and confidence without the setbacks.
