I know this feeling deeply. For years I thought if I just pushed harder… if I just did more… eventually I’d feel better. But chronic fatigue and burnout don’t heal through force — they heal through flow.

The truth is, your body isn’t the enemy. The exhaustion isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s your body whispering (or maybe screaming) that it’s time to slow down, nourish differently, and reclaim your energy from the inside out.

You don’t need to fight against the waves anymore. You get to anchor into the current. ✨

Meals I’ve eaten this week ...

a.k.a what nourishing your body really looks like.

Personally, I don’t believe in fad diets, or calorie counting. I do believe in learning about the foods which serve your body’s needs, and the role it plays in supporting your energy, balancing your hormones, supporting your gut, and most of all - helping you to feel amazing.

From turmeric scrambled eggs to turkey taco bowls and protein ice-cream — eating well can be simple, easy, satisfying and full of flavour. So, I thought I’d show you some meals I’ve eaten this week, to inspire you to get excited about real food.

I wish more women knew that 2 eggs isn’t enough protein at breakfast...

Not hitting your protein targets can impact your energy, focus, and overall well being. Common signs include:

- Low energy and fatigue
- Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
- Mid-morning cravings
- Feeling tired even after adequate sleep
- Muscle weakness or slower recovery after exercise
- Brittle nails, thinning hair, or slower wound healing
- Mood swings or irritability

Most women need 25–30g of protein at breakfast to feel full, focused, and energised. Two eggs alone provide only ~12g of protein — far below what your body needs..

[This Is Personal] Why I Became a BHSc Nutritionist

Everyone has a story—here’s mine.

From as young as I can remember, food and health lit me up. [Swipe to see my journey from age 5!]

✨ Age 5 – I joined my first 8-week kids’ cooking program… and my lifelong love for nutrition began.
✨ Age 8 – Every Saturday morning, I’d “host” my own cooking show—teaching my imaginary audience how to make healthy meals with ease.

✨ Age 27 – I finally graduated and became a Bachelor-qualified Nutritionist

The path since then hasn’t been straight or smooth. But every challenge, lesson, and connection shaped me into the Nutritionist I am today. And at 32… it still feels like day one.

Feeling Burnt Out [Here’s what I’ve learned] 👇

Once in a while, we get a glimpse of the version of ourselves we’ve been working toward — the one we write about in our journal, picture in our meditations, and quietly hope we’re becoming.

She doesn’t arrive through constant doing.
She shows up when we slow down.
When we create space to listen, soften, and be.

It’s often in the pause — the walk without our phone, the quiet cup of tea, the moment we choose rest over rushing — that we start to meet her.
