🗣️ Exciting news!! I created a FREE 4-week course in the Legacy Members Club called Embrace & Thrive.

The course will teach you how to feel your feelings by learning distress tolerance. I will be facilitating weekly group coaching sessions for each module.

You will need to RSVP to the event, which is posted in the Embrace & Thrive group.

🗓️ When: Saturdays, February 17 - March 9, 2024

⏰ Time: 10:00am - 11:30am Central Time

📍 Where: Virtual sessions for your convenience

You do not need to come to the coaching sessions to benefit from this course. Each lesson will be available to complete on Saturdays. This course is available for free until March 10, 2024.
