Monday 25th March

Hello dear friends, it's been some time since I last was in touch, reason being , I underwent some surgery, from which I got an infection,and it turned into Sepsis, spent a bit of time in hospital, until it was brought under control and eventually and more importantly thankfully, I am more or less fully recovered. Thanks to the wonderful care of our surgeons and nurses.

Today we have another Full Moon plus Eclipse, where Earth aligns with the Sun and Moon. So beneficial for meditation, chanting, and good for initiating significant changes.
I think many of us are hoping for those significant changes. This is a time to process situations, releasing traumas which we may have. This is a time for moving on.
Today I feel I need to do a slightly different reading. Too many of us including myself, friends and aquaintances have experienced, or are experiencing health issues, so I'm going to pull cards and make them a 'Healing Spread'. What we are all currently looking for is health and wellness.

This is a 6 Card Spread:
1st Card WHAT IS CAUSING DISCOMFORT?

9 pentacles. There is currently a feeling of restriction. You are frustrated, it feels as if you just cannot unfurl, you still haven't let go of being bound to current circumstances. You yearn for the return of regularity back into your life. It's a case of needing that self sufficiency. Listen to your mind just now, peace and physical well being is guaranteed, independence and comforts, are not too far away. Strengths are growing.

HOW CAN YOU EASE YOUR PAIN?

Card 2 The LOVERS

Accept help where needed, someone close is willing to give you this. Relationships at this time can actually be built more but only if you allow and accept the support offered, the Lover's Card is a card of unification, its a card of love, it will help build bonds and aid to healing. It's heartwarming when you acknowledge others are caring for you. Perseverance in knowing, each day you will be stronger. For now though surrender and accept care.

FIRST STEP TO HEALING

3rd Card The HERMIT

This card literally calls out, Retreat, rest, the importance of your own space at this time. This doesn't necessarily happen quickly, so patience, on your behalf is needed. It's a time to discipline your inner thoughts. Take this quiet time to reflect, it will bring some peace of mind. Use this time wisely, and banish any darker thoughts, know given time there is 'enlightenment'. The importance of this rest time is crucial to healing.

SECOND STEP TO HEALING.

4 PENTACLES:

POSITIVITY. You won't be in this position for ever.
What will open up for you once rested and on the road to recovery. Keep an open mind, on everything, both physically and mentally, that sense of stability will return. This stagnant time will pass. I think you will open up to many posibilities, you'll have a sense of security, be less fearful. You should begin to feel more robust in your health, which in turn will encourage you immensley. You will want to lift the lid on business matters, relations etc. However, it is still imperative that you conserve those energies, please do not become over obsessive about such things just yet. Don't take any unnecessary risks just now -- Don't undo the good which will already have been done.

3rd STEP TO HEALING.

You are improving daily, only if you are making the right choices. You are still frustrated, and want to get the ball rolling again. It will. Only please manouver slowly and with care. Don't be trying to control things, balance your capabilities, situations, projects, relationships etc, they can all wait a while. If you must choose then do so with care. Remember there are always 'ups and downs', your priority is to concentrate on the 'healing' cycle' you are currently undergoing. Know your health is improving, this is your PRIORITY. The time of unstability is ending soon.

WHAT STEPS TO TAKE FOR FORWARD WELLBEING?

6th CARd ACE OF SWORDS,

Once recovery is guaranteed, you will want to go ahead . 'All guns blazing ' You will want to make those new and exciting plans. You will be more energised certainly, with that feeling of ALIVE. Your spirits are lifted, and your 'inner' spirit renewed. Rejuvination\Liberation once again is back. All good? Yes, but you MUST set borders- limitations to what you CAN do not necessarily what you WANT to do. Or that new 'SPARK of life can easily be exstinguished. You must not overdo things. Allow time for your new REDIFINATION of life to grow at an easier pace.

This way healing and health will continue to flourish, and you can emerge with new vitality to continue your life.

Next I pulled a WISDOM card for advice.
FLEXIBILITY:
Important in so much, don't be over critical, judgemental of situations or persons who may be trying to help/advise. Balancing any important issues or needs. Be flexible, with timetables, try to be patient, things are not going to fall apart if such and such isn't done. Have trust in others and hope for the good of any given situation. Time to add a little daily exercise, perhaps physically, when possible, or indeed spiritually, meditation and breathwork will greatly enhance your mental energies. Exercise of some sort will elevate you to the next level.

Hello My lovely friends, I cannot believe we are into the New Year, already 20th January, we are entering the first day of the astrologicalsign of Aquarius- The water bearer. No surprises there, as I write, the rain is running down my windows!
I have recently just returned from having a lovely break with friends in the Scottish Highlands, we enjoyed good fresh air, although no snow we did have frosty days, some lovely walks with the dogs, perhaps a little too much food and drink ,albeit very comforting.
Good conversations and laughter, all adding to gratitude of the appreciation of health and friendships.
So how is everyone getting through January? January can be a tricky month - for change to happen, it will take a bit of time, if you are feeling low, for a start, energies seem lower, after all the run up to the Festive Season and holiday season. For many they can be experiencing some kind of loss just now. How is it showing up for you? Try to feel encouraged however, as a new energy is coming, but in the meantime we must slow down a bit and reconnect back to our roots. Its a time to practice grounding rituals, meditation if possible. We tend to cling to our nest at this time, which is quite permissable, it brings us comfort and warmth. This is still a time for reflection, for building blocks to future creations.

OK. So here you are again, lookin at your situation from a slightly different angle. You feel a spark of something brighter emerge. A new slant on things, even a vibrancy to better perspectives. Those issues which have been hanging in the air for too long, can now be dealt with. Youve felt you have been out on a limb for a little longer than you had hoped for, it's time to reach out, go the extra mile, release the binds, detach yourself from that comfort zone, and extend those possibilities, it woyuld seem you must sacrifice something now, in order to achieve that desired goal.

Remember the importance of going inward, this way you will find those intuitive thoughts. when we look at this card, The High Priestess appears to be asleep, but on the contrary, she is very much awake, her eyes are inwardly closed but also outwardly open, This then tells you to be 'open' to your gut feelings. Actually you need no guidance from anyone, me included. You will yourself know the right course of direction, You make the choices, You probably already have some secret ambitions up you sleeve, well soon it will simply be the time to 'feed' those plans for accumulation.

Those wonderful new thoughts, ideas, which are swirling around in your head and burning to the fore, show you will be stoking up those energies, which will move upwards and outwards with renewal and inspire you for brighter horizons, there has been a worrying time for some of you, but you will pick up again and continue on your advancing journey.

THE MAGICIAN

Its imperitive to keep stirring those desires, those innovations and inspirations, Dont allow them to stagnate, stagnation causes sludge. Foggy brains. You alone have the power to make things happen. The Infinity sign on the Magician's head, show it is linked to magic, so you can attract powers of 'Positive Energy', even infinite good luck if youy use the powers of 'Intention'. Then you yourself can create the change. You have the ability to live that magical life, which is in your grasp.

But for now perseverance is necessary, a must if you wish to achieve the end goal. Naturally you will need to give and take, along the way, there may be obstacles, but I do see see an upsurge in finances, some sort of material gain, to help things along. To others it may well be the 'gift' of energy, after having endured,some sort of loss. I am optimistic those cards, indicate an uplifting of spirits , of health, of resources, an enlightenment of those recent lethargies. Looking forward to Prosperity and Strengths, especially as this year is the YEAR OF STRENGTH.
My advice for all is to take things slow , but get out of that comfort zone. Grow your network, as they may well be your wealth benefactors.Focus entirely on solutions NOT on problems. Remember we ARE the MASTERS of our own destiny. Believe in our Strengths to shape our own lives.

Those who support you in all you do. Don't forget on your journey through life , in order to reach the picnnacle, you must also make time to ' smell the roses' along the way, to enjoy life's nature and beauty which surround you. Yes indeed PRIORITIZE importancy, by all means, you can climb that ladder of success, however hold close what 'really' is the beauty of life, Whatever that means to you.

Hello all my lovely friends.
Today brings us to the Autumn Equinox. ( Mabon) Celebrate and take part in the harvest.
Hard to believe that Autumn has arrived. But so good to welcome another Season, and give thanks to what it may bring.
I gathered my little fruits of nature, as you will see from one of the photos later, I assembled my alter and have given thanks and gratitude to what the previous season gave us and I now welcome in the new season. The Autumnal Fall actually affects the thickness of the blood- making it slightly thinner, so this time of year would be a good time to cleanse our bodies. I start my cleanse on Monday.
I feel today would be a chance for us to take time for some self reflection and perhaps bolstering our spiritual awareness.
Yes finding the BALANCE in our own lives, our INNER ENERGIES and EMOTIONS..
Today we should honour our harvest of nature, our plants our trees, fruits, along with our INTENTIONS of our LIFE PATHS that we have previously set. Our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth. Let us today be thankful of what prosperity and abundance we currently do have. We can start by asking for HARMONY and BALANCE in our own LIFE'S GARDEN.

With Moon in Capricorn today, we will need the determination required to go forward with our plans.

Let's look at what we may need to know in a CAREER or a RELATIONSHIP.

Act on that 'gut' feeling, you know it will move you in the right direction. There are certainly changes taking place, and they will be released at the appropriate time. There may be a need for careful consideration, before making that final decision. But ultimately , there is a move in the right direction. Perhaps take a little time to connect to your spiritual needs too.

We can look purposefully at our GOALS , yes of course. But also we must look at our achievements. Be they large or small.

Good Morning friends,
Today the moon in Libra has reached it's Crescent phase, indicating the importance of tending to those plans and projects, which hopefully you set your intentions on when we had our New Moon on August 16th and that now those plans and decisions are gathering momentum. Today let's lean into the wisdom of "YES".

Today's Card.
THE SUN
Such a super card to start our week. This should lift our spirits, as currently looking out my study window, the rain is filling it with patterns. The SUN Card, well what does it mean? This is an indication we are currently going FORWARD with our plans/our projects, it seems to ask the question," has the unbridled part of you now taken up those reins,?" Also is it offering the renewal you crave for? Well today, you yourself must centre on those 'innermost' desires. rather than on the 'expectations'of others. You are most certainly going forward, also you should be having a feeling of confidence and from that will experience a positive 'growth' aspect. Note the red shawl, swirling around the child and horse. This card, shows your root chakra is looking more in balance now, thus permeating pure energy and a self confidence,which may previously had been dormant. Today allow the Sun to pe*****te within. As something good is on the way. Something uplifting, to bring joy. If on your journey there have been some uncertainties, take heart, you can now put those barriers, obstacles,firmly behind you. Hello my lovely freinds
Please forgive the hiatus in my connecting with you all.These past few weeks have been somewhat hectic and pretty full on.
Holidays, animal minding, visitors. A fall which had me out of action for a while.
My holiday to Croatia was fabulous, great to get some heat. Sadly sunshine has been lacking here this month, seems as though it has rained for some time each day.
It's good to be back in harness againthough and back to some normality.
Currently the Moon is in Sagitarius, so this is a sign for taking action. This is a time wherupon one should dedicate their attention to their unwavering dreams, schemes and projects. Dare to trust the best case scenario. Now may be the time to seek out people,placs experiences which feel like freedom to you.

So with that shall we take a peak at what the card show for this week?

8 PENTACLES

It's clear to see you've been extolling a lot of energy into something very to your heart. You are very knowledgeable in your business world, your creative activities and for that will have some 'light bulb' moments. But you may well still come up against some obstacles, which are preventing you make those greater strides. Those financial and material obstacles are rearing their head again, and this is preventing you from the expansion you desire. Just keep your focus though this week, appreciate how far you actually have come, concentrate on all those strengths you have. Albeit you may feel your energies slightly deflated, but by 16th August when we have our next New Moon, you can be reassured you will make use of the energies from that.

THE MAGICIAN;
Here we have a lot of Yellow and Green colours coming through in this card. This is emotions from your Solar Plexus and your Heart. Yellow is assigned to the Spirit and to Air, so you can expect an upsurge in willpower. You must remind yourself to commit to your goal, keep focusing on what it is you truly desire. Stir those 'inner' emotions up once again, they may recently have stagnated. Believe that truly nothing can stop you.....Go ahead, conjure up all the magic required to get those juices flowing. If you have found the waters have been muddy or becalmed, give them a good stir up this week.

KING OF CUPS;

The message here though is perhaps you should take time to weigh up the pros and cons first. Have a little time to yourself. You do seem to be generous in your caring capacity, but this coming week try to have time for 'you'. People may reach out to you, they admire your knowledge, take care they don't overstretch your benevolence. Watch out for a situation where you might be called upon to calm some dispute. I see the waters being stirred up, but this may be beneficial in respect, that emotions are running high, but your calming demeanour can placate the situation.

TEMPERANCE:
Yes, this shows vibes of a calmness occurring. Whatever the situation this week, it's bidding you to steer clear of extremes..... Go with the Middle way. Centre yourself now, this will balance out the flow. This card and the two previous cards are calling out to me 'YOGA' a spiritual connection in some way, would benefit you immensely. Allow the violet light emerge down into your Crown Chakra, this will help balance out the emotions, and you can embrace a more peaceful feeling.

3 CUPS:

The importance of friendship will call out, accept any support from your friends, tribe, sisters. I see a cause for some sort of celebration. Some fun. Embrace this female/feminine company, with them you can open up to your truths. Are you contemplating a joing of forces with like minded people? Which mayin turn grow your creative ideas. Either way this reunion will certainly lift spirirts.

2 CUPS;
So you can expect a specific 'connection' with someone special this week. It will be emotional. Out of which an important decision may have to be made. You may be forming a deeper bond with this particular person. Again this whole week reads a 'stirring up of the waters of emotions' Perhaps for some it may be that there is a healing of a relationship, for others it may be a connection to a 'loving' bond. Or a partnership agreement of some kind, but every thing points to a secure connection. For me I see, good vibes emerging from it. There looks like a pronounced burst of activity afoot.

QUEEN OF SWORDS;
Just try to be clear this week in what it is you really want. Cut away that indecisiveness, realize there are better circumstances on the horizon, keep the hunger in your belly, and the clarity in your mind. You are astute and knowledgeable, so be assured, any cloud will soon lift.
Sadly for some they may have experienced some loss recently, but please take comfort that on the horizon, that cloud will eventually lift and the brightness will appear.
It is advisable we finish the week with our logical hat on, quell the emotions a little, stay grounded and remember our core intentions. Use our experiences wisely, they will drive you forward in making a sound judgement.

I threw a few Runes out to have a look at. The one which turned up is BIRCA = BIRCH The Birch tree is a symbol of birth and rebirth. Similar to the completion of one cycle and the beginning of another. This new cycle stands for purity and purification. Let's look forward to our new cycles which come before us.

Hello all my lovely friends. Hope this finds you well, and able to enjoy some of this glorious Summer weather we are currently having.
I myself have spent quite some time in my garden, along with the necessary upkeep of it, I am loving the benefits I receive when outdoors. It is so very calming being able to immerse ourselves in nature. Our spirits as well as our health benefits, improve immensely.

I have a notion to put forward a spread which may give us some insight to our Summer. So let us explore some of the elements, which may ensure we do have a Summer of fun and enjoyment.

QUEEN WANDS;
Definitely something which excites the passion within you. Somewhere vibrant, hot, somewhere which will inspire you and still allow for your creativity to flow, where you can also ignite your social charms, when you wish, but also a place, for retreat when you need that peace. This is a Leo sign, so actually your great strengths, would allow you to explore territories unknown, with complete confidence.

2. WHAT NEW THING CAN YOU TRY?
STRENGTH:
Here she is confirming, you can try virtually anything new, you have amazing willpower, those 'Lion' strengths will come to the fore.
