I am 41 years old, Army Nurse, Wife, and Health/Fitness Coach. I have worked in the healthcare industry over 20 years. If you are like me, your dog is not just a dog, she or he is part of your family. Mine goes where I go, whether it is a hike in the woods or a move across state. Athena is my reason for wanting to stay in shape. She is active and loves to run and hike in the woods. If I can’t keep up with her, she doesn’t get the exercise she needs.
