With September being International Pain Awareness Month consumers can now access a community based pain management program to help them address their chronic pain.

The Pinnacles award-winning program is a 4-step model that provides support for people living with pain:

1️⃣ Free online learning – for patients referred by GPs or partner providers.
2️⃣ 1:1 sessions – up to 7 clinician-led consults with companion video content.
3️⃣ Comprehensive assessment & plan – tailored pain management, ideal for funded packages.
4️⃣ Ongoing support – via a growing national network of allied health partners.

🔍 Seeking Participants for Chronic Pain Research Survey

Researchers are inviting adults with chronic pain to take part in an online survey to explore their views about participating in an N-of-1 trial – a personalised study that helps test how well different chronic pain treatments work for each individual.

To take part, you must:
✅ Be aged 18 years or older
✅ Currently live in Australia
✅ Be experiencing persistent or chronic pain lasting 3 months or more

🕒 The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
🔒 Your answers are anonymous and can’t be linked back to you.
🚫 You will not be asked to try any treatments – this survey is just to gather your opinions.

🎁 After completing the survey, you’ll have the option to enter a prize draw to win one of four $50 Coles e-vouchers.
