HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK :

Eat a bowl of fruit everyday. It is best eaten on an empty stomach. According to Ayurvedic principles, it is best eaten in the morning. Never skip eating fruits, as like salads, they give us 100% nutrients in their raw form.

NOTES :
1. Atleast include 3-5 fruits everyday.
2. Eat seasonal fruits.
3. Include an array of colours everyday.

ADVICE :
1. Eat fruits 30 minutes before a big meal, else 90 minutes after a meal.
2. Ideal not to mix melons (muskmelon, watermelon) with other fruits. Eat them separately.
3. Avoid mixing fruits with any other food item, except maybe green leaves in the green smoothie.
4. Eating the whole fruit is better than drinking fruit juice as it gets stripped of its fibre and skin which contains most of the nutrients.

So get started now. Spend a few minutes gazing at nature, taking deep breaths, letting your worries evaporate with every exhale as you let nature fill you up with every inhale.
