Upang i-verify ang iyong registration sa COVID-19 Vaccination Program, puntahan ang link sa post na ito.

http://apps.binan.gov.ph/covacregistration, i-click ang "Search Registration" at i-type ang iyong apelyido, birthday at mobile number. Hintaying lumabas sa iyong screen ang "You are already registered!" bilang katunayan na ikaw ay rehistrado na.

Ang schedule ng pagbabakuna ay batay sa petsa ng inyong registration at pagkakasunod-sunod ng priority groups ayon sa DOH.

MALABAN, CASILE, SAN ANTONIO, PLATERO, ZAPOTE, LOMA, BUNGAHAN, MAMPLASAN, GANADO, BINAN, TIMBAO, LANGKIWA, MALAMIG.

Sa mga nakapagrehistro na at hindi nakatanggap ng texts or tawag maaari po kayong makipagugnayan sa inyong mga Barangay Health Centers kung kasama po kayo sa masterlist.

Huwag po kalimutan magdala ng Valid ID. Para sa mga adults with comorbidities pakidala po photocopy ng katibayan na kayo po ay may co morbid.

1.Physical examination via inspection only
2. Assessing mild non emergency cases only
3. Refilling of maintenance drugs just send us your previous prescriptions.
4. Prescription of antibiotics are only given if with supporting laboratory results ie. Urinalysis, CBC, Fecalysis, etc.
5. We do not issue medical certificates.
