1) Do you have one of the following certifications: CCS, or RHIT?
2) Are you willing to take a test provided by the client?
3) Do you have interventional radiology procedure coding experience? (e.g., angioplasty, thrombolysis, embolization etc.)
4) Do you have cardiac, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, and vascular SDS and OBS coding experience?
5) Have you worked SDS and OBS within the last three years?
Coding - Facility Setting - Observation
Coding - Facility Outpatient - General Surgery
Coding - Facility Outpatient - Interventional Radiology
Coding - Facility Outpatient - Cardiac Surgery
Weekend hours are preferred but not mandatory. Coders must work their full schedule during holiday weeks.
