There is nothing more frustrating that starting a homework and realizing you need equipment that you don't have. There are so many everyday, household items that can be used to enhance your workout. You just need to open those eyes and be creative!

How do we get motivated? How do we make that decision for change? There are many approaches to these questions. However, only YOU can make that decision!

My favorite question is: A month from now... will you look back at all the progress that you have made or will you look back at the excuses you have as to why you haven't made any?

It's not too late to make this year... a year of Yes! (or YYasssssssss!!!!)

What is holding you back? What excuses are you making? We keep pushing things off until tomorrow but what if we don't get that tomorrow? Only today is guaranteed.

I recently listened to a podcast that really resonated with me. Particularly one phrase in general... "If your want is strong enough, your how will reveal itself." Wow.
