💥 Get To Know Team All In
And What We're All About
What is now known as All In Strength & Conditioning, is a project that’s been a long time in the making. Scott (on the left) and Marcus (on the right) originally met through work in 2015 and quickly realised they had a winning dynamic. Due to circumstances outside of their control, the team was split up. Although they went the seperate ways, the boys stayed in touch and became good mates. They knew they were onto something good. If the opportunity to work together came along again, they both knew they’d jump on it.
Fast forward to 2019 and the foundation for what was to become All In started to form. Over countless meetings and the coming of the new year, the vision for All In started to come to life. The boys wanted it to be more than just another brick in the wall taking up space in the industry.
They wanted to focus on more than just fostering hard work.
They wanted to be the team that was able to not just get people initial progress but keep people moving forward long term.
They wanted to be the team who’s done the ground work, who’ve taken the time to develop long term training plans.
The guys who’ve done their time in the trenches and the class room.
At the end of the day, they just wanted to be the team who were able to deliver on their promises. Not an easy thing to be able to do consistently.
Earlier in their careers they may not have been able to consistently deliver the preferred outcomes and they were aware of this. This has always been the reason why they’ve both worked so hard on their education and becoming more proficient at what they do.
They simply wanted to do things the right way and to be able to walk the walk as coaches and therapist/ clinicians.
Come 2020, the work has been done and they’re ready to put their best foot forward to provide solid options for people who’ve been wanting more from the providers in our industry.
To do that, the All In team takes a truly integrated approach. They’ve mixed and matched the best principles and protocols from the worlds best in their respective fields.
The All In approach combines components and teachings from Exercise Science, Osteopathy, Charles Poliquin & The Poliquin Group, EXOS, The Australian Strength & Conditioning Association, Australian Weight Lifting Federation, Functional Movement System, Active Release Techniques, Neurokinetic Therapy, Bioforce Conditioning, Kilo Strength Society, Integrated Breathing Therapy, Manual Medicine Australia, and The Postural Restoration Institute.
