One of our new treatment clients testimonials:

So far I have had 3 sessions in 6 wks with Marcus and more to follow!

I first began NKT and beneficial therapies 2 years ago with great results but nothing like what Marcus has been able to achieve in such a short time already!

I’m an Obstacle Course Runner and my training is very varied.

I need my body and movement patterns to be as good as I can make them.

My running and athletic movement and gait has became more efficient and less restricted.
I’m feeling muscles (especially glutes) working more during Weight/ Resistance training.

Pain in my lower/ mid/ upper back, shoulders, neck, groin and abdominals has reduced significantly!

I also work long hours seated operating heavy machinery and my soreness and pain has eased noticeably!

I’ve had jaw issues and the pain has all but disappeared and the “clicking” in my jaw that I have had since a teenager has eased.

Seeing such improvements gives feelings of positivity, confidence and my outlook has improved due to these changes and knowing there will be more to come.

Looking forward to the future!

Many thanks Marcus.

🔶 NEW VIDEO POST 🔶
Greater exposure to a controlled eccentric phase of a lift will lead to more time under tension (TUT) and make those higher threshold motor units do more work
👇
This is much better if you’re chasing strength and size!
👇
In this video we will break down the problems with using no control with the lowering phase of your lifts and what you can do about it.
🔴 Once you’ve watched it, leave a comment and let us know if you’re doing this right now in your training.

Let’s take a look at one of the most overlooked components of program design, TEMPO.
👇
In this video you’ll discover how to segment your lifts and apply a 4-digit system to them which will allow you to experience new training stimuluses and varied demands in muscle tension.
👇
There is a time and place for both slow and fast tempo lifts and each have their own purpose.
👇
Once you’ve watched it, leave a comment and let us know if you use tempo in your training...

PART 2: 🤔 The Thing About Gym Memberships...

👉 Maybe you buy a program... but then what?

🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏼‍♀️ What do you do after the 4 weeks?

🏋🏼 Am I doing the exercises properly?

📶 Am I getting the underlying principles right?

OR MAYBE...

👉 You decide to get a Personal Trainer

👥 Solid training sessions, learning a little bit more week by week but can only afford 1 hour per week with them - what about the other sessions each week, what about the rest of the program, what about everything else each week?

⏱ Feeling bad about asking questions outside of the time you are paying for?

💵 Would love to do more but it’s hard to justify $240-400 per week for that one-on-one time?

📲 Needing more regular accountability on a wider array of things, not just turning up to the scheduled one-on-one session?

💥 Have you felt like this before?

Let us know, leave a comment about it👇👇👇

🤔 The Thing About Gym Memberships...

They give you access to the gym.... but then what?

📋 What program do you follow?

🏋️‍♂️ How do you perform the exercises well?

⚙️ What about all of the little things?

What do you think of gym memberships and do you currently have one?

👋 IF YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT TRAINING, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

💪🏼 We know you can handle training yourself. The majority of people who have worked with us and followed our programming already have an extensive training history and more often than not they wouldn’t look or sound out of place in a personal training uniform.

👊 We know you're most likely familiar with concepts such as periodisation, structural balance, tempo, using special methods and are up to date with most of the modern trends of strength training. You're just having a bit of trouble putting it all together and constructing a long-term plan that makes sense.

Sound familiar ❓❓❓

Most of that information is usually only available to people in the field who can justify the investment as it's part of their job. It's expecting a little too much of someone outside of the industry to pay thousands of dollars for more advanced information that they probably won't necessarily be getting a decent financial return on. 💰

The fact is, when you are a serious & intelligent trainee, it puts you in a tough position because you are able to see where all of the gaps are with what's on offer but you don't quite know how to fill in the missing pieces, so you wing it.

👉 This is where we come in.

We understand that you can get the basics right, it's just some of the big picture issues that you're having trouble with.

📶 Making long term plans, knowing when to chop and change programs, understanding exactly how to program for a specific effect and in general, bringing all the little details together. Getting the little things right so your program does what it’s meant to and flows to the next one to keep you moving forward long term is what we do.

Not having access to important information no longer has to be a limitation for you.

🔍Are you serious about your training but sometimes find it hard to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together?

💥 Get To Know Team All In
And What We're All About

What is now known as All In Strength & Conditioning, is a project that’s been a long time in the making. Scott (on the left) and Marcus (on the right) originally met through work in 2015 and quickly realised they had a winning dynamic. Due to circumstances outside of their control, the team was split up. Although they went the seperate ways, the boys stayed in touch and became good mates. They knew they were onto something good. If the opportunity to work together came along again, they both knew they’d jump on it.

Fast forward to 2019 and the foundation for what was to become All In started to form. Over countless meetings and the coming of the new year, the vision for All In started to come to life. The boys wanted it to be more than just another brick in the wall taking up space in the industry.

They wanted to focus on more than just fostering hard work.

They wanted to be the team that was able to not just get people initial progress but keep people moving forward long term.

They wanted to be the team who’s done the ground work, who’ve taken the time to develop long term training plans.

The guys who’ve done their time in the trenches and the class room.

At the end of the day, they just wanted to be the team who were able to deliver on their promises. Not an easy thing to be able to do consistently.

Earlier in their careers they may not have been able to consistently deliver the preferred outcomes and they were aware of this. This has always been the reason why they’ve both worked so hard on their education and becoming more proficient at what they do.

They simply wanted to do things the right way and to be able to walk the walk as coaches and therapist/ clinicians.

Come 2020, the work has been done and they’re ready to put their best foot forward to provide solid options for people who’ve been wanting more from the providers in our industry.

To do that, the All In team takes a truly integrated approach. They’ve mixed and matched the best principles and protocols from the worlds best in their respective fields.

The All In approach combines components and teachings from Exercise Science, Osteopathy, Charles Poliquin & The Poliquin Group, EXOS, The Australian Strength & Conditioning Association, Australian Weight Lifting Federation, Functional Movement System, Active Release Techniques, Neurokinetic Therapy, Bioforce Conditioning, Kilo Strength Society, Integrated Breathing Therapy, Manual Medicine Australia, and The Postural Restoration Institute.
