Sweaty stair session complete. Working through a lingering shin splint that has been with me for the past couple months. It was okay on Saturday for my 10 mile run, but angry Wednesday after 4 miles 😩 I’ve dove into dry needling and physio exercises like it’s my job. Accepting that injuries happen and are apart of the journey 🏃🏻♀️
Can I do a mountainous 100k in 9 months? 🏔️🏃🏻♀️✨ My soul is saying yes, my body is telling me stories. Time to get back in the gym. Cross training and weight training are becoming my new best friends!
