I’m 35 days into my 75 hard challenge! It’s been great to challenge myself to get into even better habits.
What are your habits? What is your routine… it will create your route. I am far from perfect, but here’s some daily things that have helped me in life as I run multi million dollar businesses, mom, and volunteer.
• Waking up early
• Quiet time / devotions
• Spending time in nature
• Exercise
• Eating the “rainbow” and avoiding processed food
• READING - an obvious one, as I’m the owner of 😁
• Self care (at least a few things per day) - time with friends, spa days, massages, walks, flowers on my table etc
• Always be growing - I’m currently on an 83 week streak for playing the guitar, a 99 week streak for the piano and a 750 day streak for Duolingo ( currently learning French, Spanish, and playing chess) 😅
