Prijem 10:00 do 13:30h (ili fleksibilno za putnike izdaleka)
14:00 – 15:30h
Dubinska analiza funkcije kičme i pokreta
Posturalna procena (Spinal Mouse / G-Walk / EMNG / vizuelni screening)
Analiza hoda, stajanja, sedenja
Kratak intervju: istorija problema, šta si probao, šta ne pomaže.
15:30 – 16:00h
Brza prva pomoć – dekompresija i relaksacija
Neuro-flossing / dekompresiona pozicija.
Prvi manualni tretman – cilj: rasterećenje i trenutno olakšanje uz trajni pozitivan efekat
16:00 – 18:30h
Kratko predavanje (uz čaj/kafu/sok):
“Zašto me i dalje boli –mitovi o bolu u leđima”
Edukacija bez latinskog, životnim rečnikom za sve prilagođena
Priprema za sutrašnju promenu vaše kičme.

Vežbe disanja + mobilnost + lagano istezanje – šta sme a šta ne I zašto.
“Probudi leđa na pravi način” rutina (individualno prilagođena).

Tretman 1 – aktivna terapija + edukacija
Fokus na koren problema (npr. fleksija-intolerantna vs. ekstenzija-intolerantna leđa)
Terapija + učenje 3-5 specifičnih vežbi koje zaista pomažu.
12:00 – 13:00h Ručak
13:00 – 14:00h
Pauza + savet o sedenju (ergonomija)
“Kako da sediš 30 minuta bez da te zaboli”
Podešavanje auta, stolice, kreveta (demo i snimanje)
16:00 – 17:00
Tretman 2 – kombinovani pristup
Manualna terapija + neuro-mobilizacija + lagana aktivacija
Sve se snima telefonom za kasnije vežbanje.

Analiza rezultata. Kako dalje sami da vežbate i da živite bez bola i straha od istog.
Plan za kućnu rehabilitaciju: snimci + kalendar vežbanja (po nedeljama)

Invisible chair exercise.

It's a very simple form of spine decompression.

Here's an example when you're travelling on the boat. But you can do it anywhere some corner allows you. Kitchen, pub, shops literally anywhere.

So:

1. Put yourself into the corner.

2. Put the elbows on the surface that support your body weight.

3. Fully rest on the elbows, but ensure that nothing provokes pain in your arms due to pressure on the bone.

4. Don't sink with your body. Rather, push yourself up like you're supporting the sky not to fall.

5. Remain max 45 seconds. Walk 1 to 2 minutes and repeat until unpleasant sensations disappear in your lower back.

6. Keep in mind that the knees must be lower than hips.

Back pain doesn't come alone. He's always accompanied with other "friends". Thus, we have to be more patient and disciplined. Step by step and solution will come. The same process is in the architecture as well . Establishing non painful state as a first pillars, we can later proceed towards strength but with caution. The strength laws for recovered Backs aren't the same like for the healthy one. Mastering the strength requires Discipline Patience and Consistency. Now go for it my friend. rehab

Pierre , Learning is like a voyage. Travelling from one place to another to obtain new information and to enjoy the adventure. Even if we visit one place more than others, it doesn't mean that we know it better. Therefore, if you open mind and always have an attitude of beginner, success will be guaranteed. I'm grateful to have you in my lab. Hope that the knowledge you gain here will be applied with greater success over your clients. Enjoy knowledge and listen to your clients. They will teach you even better than I do. There's always something new and curious about clinical assessments. Enjoy the adventure. Observe the client and listen to them more. This is the right way. Mijal, firstly, thank you for your visit. This wasn't easy trip for you. Buenos Aires (Argentina) is on the other side of the planet. Secondly, I'm grateful for your trust and belief into my abilities that I can solve your problem.
Truly this was a new challenge for me and also a new experience. Thank you for that. Every new client is a new story and new beginning. There are always new things to learn. Not just the injury issue(s) but about yourself too. Remember: Discipline, Patience and Consistency are three pillars of successful path. Do or do not, there's no try (Yoda). This is the most frequent kind of case we've dealt with our spine clients. It's simple but complicated. If you test them, you'll find so many answers inside. None of one spine case is easy. Even those with minor back issues.
1. Sacral bone is "falling down." Think how this will affect your client's spine health?

2. Nucleus pulposis hook or compress dorsal nerve (in this case, OH Syndrome. Just define one thing- Is it fast or slow migrating?

3. Force it's intensity, and direction create different structural changes in intervertebral disc. Observe diagonal arrow, etc. There are so many beautiful things you can find it here.

4. Explain to your clients and don't bu****it it by blaming other healthcare professionals.

5. If you can't help it, direct towards those who can. Give maximum that you can, and that's OK . Be honourable, not an as***le.

Real-time imaging - Cell phone use evidence. No matter how much cell phones are useful, they are also "tool" that are directly involved in our health issues.

Placing them below chin, we're forced to bend the cervical spine, and by that charge, many health parameters:
1. Daily bent cervical spine affects IVD's,
2. Proper neck muscle activity,
2. Amend blood circulation,
3. Affects vision,
4. Provoke vertigo, headache, etc...

Therefore, use them wisely and only WHEN IS TRULY NEEDED.
