Happy Monday!

As a Health Coach for over fours years, I wanted to say how grateful I am to be in this fulfilling and passion driven career!

I have not only learned so much from my amazing colleagues but also from my incredible clients that I have been coaching from all over the world.
I have pivoted to work in many different areas in my field but it has ultimately driven me to work with my clients on Brain Health and Sugar Addiction.

I also have spent the last four years coaching coaches to launch their businesses.

I have worked with health coaches, life coaches, nutrition coaches and some executive coaches. By coaching these coaches 1:1 for so long, I have developed a comprehensive group program to coach coaches. My next program is starting this coming Monday May 12. I have a waiting list for my next program that will start in the fall.

In July of 2020, I launched a Mastermind group for health coaches. It started with 4 coaches and we now have over 450 coaches in our database.

We have two groups, one, are coaches from the U.S. and Australia and the other is our Global group from coutries all over the world.

We meet every week and on two of the calls we have amazing speakers speak to us from around the world. This group is free and we are now grateful that we have sponsors that are supporting our group. Our main supporter is the Scottsdale, Arizona Amen clinic.

Hello amazing family, friends and clients!

I wanted to give a gift to all of you and I have purchased 30 min Sound Baths with my friend below, Katie Khalid, who lives in London. She is an incredible teacher and health coach, the sound of her voice and the music will help you be relaxed and calm for the rest of your day.
I have purchased these twice a month on the second and fourth Tuesday’s of the month at 8am PST. We will only be doing one in December and that is next Tuesday December 10. As a health and wellness coach, I believe in utilizing a village to keep us healthy.
I have loved being a part of my clients lives over the past 5 years and have enjoyed coaching amazing people all over the world.
I wanted to share something so fascinating with all of you and that is Sound Bath healing.
I am bringing to you an incredible Sound Bath coach from London Katie Khalid!!
I am purchasing the classes so it will be free for all of you to do it with me. We will be meeting twice a month at 9am PST, for now, for 30 minutes. As of now, it will be the second and forth Tuesday of the month.
