We made it to Friday… TGIF!
This is what my week of consistently showing up for me looked like. This week I completed 4 days of strength training and low impact cardio. Thankful with the kids being on holidays I was able to craft out a solid workout plan in the mornings before the day got busy. I know as school resume I will have to come up with a new plan.
