Teaching Schedule: Days/times/locations/Online

I have specialized in teaching yoga full time for over 20 years. I teach yin, vinyasa, power, restorative, gentle, hatha, yoga nidra, and hot yoga. I also teach indoor cycling classes. With all of my classes, extra spacing and cleaning practices are implemented to adhere to all of the recommended guidelines from our governor. Face coverings are now required in all public indoor settings here in the Portland Oregon area.
